So frustrating, just been scrolling through my reviews & I had a spate of fake reviews a few years ago from people I don't know that is still impacting my review score 😠 None of my actual real life clients have left a score lower than the full 5 stars so it should look a lot different. I reported it ages ago but nothing's been done.....Come on fb pull your finger out....there must be a way of business owners protecting themselves from this happening. I'm lucky in the fact it hasn't hindered my business (that I know of) but others may not be so lucky....it drives me insane! 😡
