This used to be my 1 rep max! What’s the point of those little 2.5kgs at the end? They look so small and pointless. When I’m asked what’s the most valuable bit of kit in the gym... Time = intensity! You wouldn’t waste an extra hour at work for free would you? Or even worse. Pay to do it!? Use your time effectively when training, strength training you can rest up to 3/4 minutes between sets but be constructive.
