FMH Fitness offers Women Only Fitness Classes including Weights4Women, Bootylicious HIIT, HIIT, MummyFIIT & BumpFIIT  This is the only BootCamp in Swindon which provides you with the opportunity to train with a Personal Trainer both outdoors and exclusively inside BattleGround Fitness UK!

Mondays and Thursdays take place outdoors in Redhouse at 7:0pm every week. On Tuesdays we take BootCamp indoors and train inside the only Functional Training Facility in Swindon, BattleGround Fitness. In here we are able to add new elements to our training, as we have everything from Cargo Nets to Battle Ropes, to Free Weights and Calisthenic Bars.

Boot Camp Fitness will only cost you £20 a month for at least 12 sessions. This is less than you would pay to be a member of a gym, and you also get the guidance from myself as a Personal Trainer.

First Sessions is always FREE. We have an amazing group together so far and every week we are growing. Come and join us to see why this BootCamp is so popular!

How cute is this! Esmae LOVES being the instructor. During our session last week I got 100% bossed about. I was told I had to exercise with her mummy, and I wasn’t allowed to stop or give up! This week she asked for a resistance band and started doing this with her mummy - this was not an exercise I had planned!! Isn’t it amazing what the kids learn from watching their mummies exercise 😍 Sadly her mummy broke her arm a little while ago, so whilst it is still healing we are mainly working on core/leg exercises with some gentle reintroduction of upper body exercises, for mobility and building strength back up. Regular Exercise & Physical Activity can have numerous health benefits, including reducing the risks of developing diseases such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, or Alzheimer’s (to name a few!) The NHS suggests Older Adults (65+) should be physically active for a minimum of 150 minutes per week, to include both aerobic exercise and strength & conditioning. Huge apologies but there will be no HIIT Class this morning at 8am. I have been up since 1am with a very poorly little lady who needed an ambulance 😫 With a croup diagnosis and some strong meds she is now asleep in my arms and will be getting all of mummy’s attention for the rest of the weekend! Thanks for your understanding ladies, and for the messages throughout the night from those of you who clearly don’t sleep 😂 I will sort out refunds/replacement class soon x

Sometimes in life, you have to give yourself a massive pat on the back - and that’s exactly what I’ve done today 🙌🏼 Today I set out to do a ‘Long Slow Run’. The most I’ve built up to is 10 miles, so I was aiming for roughly the same (but knowing that my knee often fails me at 4 miles) Today I completed a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) on a solo run in 2 hours 20 minutes 👊🏼 I have absolutely not felt myself lately. I’ve changed so many things with regards to my training, diet and routine in a bid to improve my health and increase my sleep - and in all honesty I’ve hated it. Low FODMAP is bloody hard work to get my head around, it makes me feel like I’m not eating healthily enough because I’m so restricted. I’ve reduced my training to daytime only and no evenings to see if my sleep improves, but I miss training with my crew. I’ve reduced my caffeine intake from 5+ hot drinks a day to 1, and I bloody miss coffee. So all in all I feel like a caffeine deprived grump who is living on potatoes and piling on weight 😂 But this was 100% the boost I needed to know that some things are absolutely going in the right direction. If I can mentally get myself through a 13 mile run, even when my legs feel like they’ve fallen at 9, then I can definitely get through everything else 👊🏼

⭐️ CHANGES TO MUMMYFIIT ⭐️ From Thursday 26th September I will be running MummyFIIT every Thursday (term time) at Washbourne House Therapy Centre from 10:10am-10:55am. This class will be for women during pregnancy, and up to 9 months post-partum (or when baby becomes mobile!). Due to limited space, I can only welcome non-mobile children into this session. From Monday 7th October, Monday’s MummyFIIT class will be replaced with MummyHIIT at The Kirsty Farrow Dance Academy, from 0945am-1030am. This class will be aimed at women 9+ months after birth, and will be a higher impact class. If you are not yet 9+ months post partum you are still welcome to this class, however you will be asked to do lower impact options. Any children are welcome to this class. Don’t forget, we also have our Pregnancy Only Class ‘BumpFIIT’ on Saturday mornings, 09:15am-10:00am. This is at The Kirsty Farrow Dance Academy.
