Today's cakes! A two tier monster cake for a little lads birthday, And a forerro rocher drip cake with a spray of gold! I hope my customers enjoy!

Today's cakes are 'his and hers' drip cakes, for a young couple both turning 21! Bethan had so much faith in me allowing me to do these designs, and I cannot thank her enough! I hope they have a fab party! Happy birthday both!

Today's cake. A two tier naked type cake, Fresh fruits of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. And beautiful fresh flowers to give it that wow factor!

Evening all! On Thursday I have some customers who have placed orders for Galaxy loaded cupcakes, and also red velvets. Due to batch baking sizes, I will have a couple of boxes of each left over should anyone wish to purchase. Or alternatively if you wish to order some I can cook extra, They will be ready for collection Thursday evening. This weekends cakes, First up we had a different kind of cake... A Manchester tart/slice themed cake. Coconut sponge, raspberry jam, custard buttercream (you heard right) And then the entire cake covered in coconut, The cake was for a friend so I popped on a pretty flower I had spare and some ribbon so it didn't look so plain. There were 4 boxes of cupcakes, two Manchester tart/slice style, and two boxes of loaded Galaxy cupcakes, with a gooey Galaxy ganache core. And lastly another Galaxy drip cake! All in all a nice relaxed little weekend, and I hope my customers enjoy their goodies!
