Food glorious food!!! I'm thinking of sending our weekly emails on all things nutritional and well being to anyone who is interested... Totally unbiased, no profitable advise and myth breaking information on all things 'food' so many of you are working so hard in classes and often ask me questions about nutrition as I'm a fully qualified level 3 and 4 nutritional therapist (0.A.Dip) thought you might benefit from abit of advise in the kitchen too... IM BACK!!! ALL CLASSES are running again from this week - Cant wait to see you all back on the dance floor and thanks again for all your kindness while ive been injured - 7:30pm at Orchards Academy for all things Clubbercise! All welcome, no need to book!

Sorry for this unscheduled class break... classes will resume from Monday next week! My foot needs few more days to heal unfortunately 😫 But it's getting there so enjoy the sunshine and we'll be back shaking our stuff on Monday and all classes running next week

Huge thank you to everyone who helped save my class tonight after i stupidly fell over my disco light while teaching clubbercise and landed myself with ligament damage! massive sad face... hoping a couple of days rest will fix me! im mortified that this happened and thank you for 1, understanding and 2, all you amazing ladies who helped do the cool down and pack everything away and carry me to my car for my trip to hospital! See you all next week for hopefully a much less dramatic clubbercise class Xx
