Dear returning member.. This week has been the start of what will be possibly the busiest week of the year & I just wanted to throw something into the mix. This post is for all members out there 'thinking' of returning to mine (or any) slimming world group in the next few weeks. And in 'thinking', I mean saying to yourself "oh god, I haven't been in ages, I've probably put weight on...... these are the feelings what keep us down, but rest assured that in mine (& every slimming world group) that you'll be welcomed back with a smile, with open arms like you're an old friend.. But most importantly, there is absolutely no blame, shame or humiliation! So, returning members everywhere.. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (because no one else actually matters) what you're made of & let's make 2018 your year! I'll be with you every step of the way... Jo x

Now Christmas is over we're going to be bombarded with weight loss organisations offering us "cheap deals" and "quick fixes" to get us on board in January. Rest assured that at Slimming World we'll be offering the same as we've always offered...we regularly offer free and half price membership (that's not a new thing for us) but, more importantly, we offer a healthy eating plan that WORKS, the love, friendship and support that you'll find in your Slimming World group and the genuine care and empathy of a Slimming World Consultant who knows just how you're feeling and is willing to do everything in their power to help you achieve your dream and find your smile again. And on top of everything else...we'll make it fun too! When we have all that we don't need extra gimmicks! 😍 If you've been a member before but the time wasn't right then...we're still here for you now. And if you're brand new and wanting to give slimming a go...we're here for you too. This is NOT a January quick fix diet...this is Food Optimising.
