Rising Stars Gymnastics
Description
A Gymnastics club that offers coaching to children above the age of 4 years, at any level of ability. General Gymnastics is a fun and challenging discipline which requires strength, flexibility and balance in order to perform the required moves. Children will learn a variety of skills on the floor, vault, beam, tumble track and trampette.

4 more sleeps until competition day!! Don’t forget ALL GYMNASTS need to have paid their entry fee by Saturday. Please bring along to class if you have not already paid. We are also looking for volunteers to help with the smooth running of the day. - we need people to sit on the door and take in spectator fees. - helpers to run tuck shop stalls/ t-shirt stalls/ Leotard stalls Any help is much appreciated.
