The Ferry Inn
Description
The Ferry Inn has always had a good reputation for local ales. Recognised in the Good Beer Guide and winner of the CAMRA Northern Isles pub of the year in 2009 and 2010 (and surely in with a shout for 2011), the pub has recently installed racking for up to 10 local cask ales, with 5 handpulls on the bar as well as bottled local beers from the fridge or shelf.
The Ferry Inn is open all day for snacks and meals including tea, coffee and cakes from 0715 until 2130. Our pub menu provides a great range of good value options with haddock and chips, Orkney steak and ale pie, the best burgers in town, roast vegetable tart, fresh seasonal salads and local cheeses always on the go.
The Ferry Inn offers a mix of single, twin, double, family or self-catering accommodation as best meets your needs.
For those on a budget, the rooms in the Ferry Inn itself provide excellent value, while Harbourside House offers the space and facilities for business or longer leisure stays.
