Leaders: Hilary Winter, Sam Allan, Kirsty Dickson
Helpers: Lucy Rainbows is a section of girl guides for girls aged five to seven

Rainbows is all about developing self-confidence, building friendships, learning new things and having fun. Girls get their hands dirty with arts and crafts, trying out cooking and playing games. Rainbows is all about learning by doing.

Rainbows follow a programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw, through which they can take part in lots of different activities with girls their own age.

We had seven potential new Rainbows at our open evening tonight, it was lovely to meet everyone and we are looking forward to new Rainbows starting after the summer and the following months. If you weren't able to come along tonight but would like some more information please send us a message and we'll be more than happy to help. We are open to all girls once they turn 5 (and they can join in the middle of a term of this is when their birthday falls). Hello, our open evening is this week for potential new Rainbows, so the girls and parents / guardians can come along, see what we do and learn a little bit more about our organisation. It will be on Thursday 8th June at Strichen School, and will take place during the last half an hour of the Rainbows usual session, so we'd love to see you from 6.30-7pm. Girls have to be aged 5 to join, so if you have a daughter that will turn 5 from now until the rest of the year please feel free to come along and see what we are about and the best time and way to join. Please share this with anyone you think might be interested! We're looking forward to meeting new potential Rainbows!
