Happy New Year to all. To announce our 2018 theme is "The Italian Job" so Wood Street will be transformed by multi-coloured minis, Italy's finest and of course the odd E Type on May 6 & 7. Anything with an Italian theme is welcome on Wood Street, it doesn't need to have been in the film. If you can bring along Lamborghini Miura P400 or Lancia Flaminia convertible then I'll pay for your entry myself! Registrations are going brilliantly with over 100 cars signed up. There's a fantastic range of cars from Dell Trotter's van, a 1963 split screen VW Camper with Californian race history, to a 2018 Morgan Plus 8 which isn't even registered yet. (All cars are welcome not just Italian themed!) There's a good deal of interest from car clubs too. If you'd like to promote the event to your car club please get in touch. Planning is well underway for Stratford Festival of Motoring 2018. We need your help with setting the two routes driven by entrants on Sunday and Monday! One route is going to combine as many stunning views that you can see from your car as possible. The other route will have as many "tree tunnels" as we can string together. So please nominate the best view or tree tunnel in the Stratford Upon Avon area.
