Thanks everyone for your kind offers of support, which is greatly appreciated. We are in the process of fencing off the area and dealing with insurers etc. Our challenge now is to rebuild and be ready for next season.

Strangford Sailing Club was gutted by fire last night. The blaze is believed to have started around 8:00pm. The fire crews were on the scene quickly but the fire has completely gutted the building. Very sad day for the club
