Classes:
*HOW TO WATT BIKE - learn technique
*CYCLE LITE - less intense ride, on & off the bike
*CROSS CYCLE- on & off the bike, intense workout, varying levels of power combined with functional movements
*JUST WATT CYCLE - signature class, indoor spinning reinvented, this will push & inspire you. Here you will see significant changes to your health, fitness & body shape
*PERFORMANCE CYCLE - for the more serious cyclist/tri-athlete. This class focuses on endurance, speed and strength
