Just a reminder of our missed appointment policy which we really will be reinforcing this Summer . It not only costs money when missed appointments occur, it also is very frustrating as we could have offered another client the slot/stayed at home..... I had a missed appointment one morning this week at 10am when we open. So that meant I was sat around for 2 hours waiting until my client at 12pm arrived. Had I known nobody was coming for the appointment - I could have stayed at home and gone to the play area with my children where Annabelle met up with her best friend from her old nursery instead I was sat in the salon doing nothing not getting paid. I appreciate how easy it is to forget, I really do as everybody is so busy but please please try and remember to come to your appointment as we really do not want to have to charge you but sadly that's what will have to happen before another booking can be made - Its not that I want to charge anybody but its the only way people will stop doing it.
