We are having a lovely day playing in the garden this morning! They’ve absolutely loved getting out and exploring all the different toys and resources that are out there! The children have also absolutely loved mud painting too! They look pretty awesome! 🙊🐛🐞🌲🌳🍃☀️

This week we have the transport toys out! The kiddies have had lot of fun playing with the tracks, trains, cars, buses and the pull along train too! 🚗🚕🚙🚜🏍🚂 We also have a new sensory cosy corner! The little ones have loved this new area! We’ve got little wind chimes to hang around. But they’ve loved the little mirrors and the teepee! 🏕⛺️

This weeks theme is Role Play! So the children get to pretend play & dress up and explore their imagination! 💃🏼🤠🤡👮🏼‍♂️🕵🏼‍♀️👩🏽‍⚕️👩🏼‍🔧👩🏼‍🚒👸🏼🧚🏼‍♀️⛑👑👶🏻👶🏽

Sooo it’s World Book Day which I’ve spread out throughout the whole of the week! So our main theme is looking at Elmer & The Hungry Caterpillar 🐛 We also have Dear Zoo activity table for the children too. We have various arts & crafts based on these books that the little ones have been doing and they look absolutely brilliant!

Last weeks set up for the kiddies! They absolutely loved the new wooden kitchen 😁

This week is all about Sensory Exploring. We have a wide range of sensory activities to help improve coordination & senses too! -We have the play dough, straws & pasta to help improve coordination & fine motor skills. - Secondly we have sensory bags filled with lots of different materials & objects. - The big favourite with the children at the moment is Water Beads & soapy foam. -Finally for our little ones we have Sensory mats for our little ones to explore and discover new textures & materials!

Happy new year guys! Hope you've all had a great start to 2018! ☺️2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣8️⃣ So we are kicking off this term with a Maths theme this week & next. 🔢🔵◼️🔶♥️🕔 -We have the maths activity tray where children can practise counting, shape & colour sorting, balancing, reading numbers, and also improve fine motor skills & coordination too! There's also some really helpful activity cards around on the wall to help reading & boost numeracy skills too! 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣👍🏼✍🏼 -Also we have out our wooden blocks sorted tub where the children can practise finding & putting blocks into the correct holes in the tub & its a good chance to practise shape & colour naming too! 🌈🎨 -For our littler ones there's the musical instrument mats, kitchen, book box, & puzzle table! 🥁🎺👨🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳📚
