I don't just train in the gym when I have time in my busy life I ride and compete our horses! I've always been massively into them and I have competed at a reasonably high level in many of the disciplines! It's a great sport for your core and all round strength I swear that's why I am so strong 😁 took my old man to a competition over the bank holiday weekend and we got 2nd place and reserve champion meaning we've qualified for the Olympia qualifiers again, he's a pony of a lifetime and I've won many events on this grey fairy over the years he's such a legend! Still fighting fit at the age of 23! Let's get qualified for Olympia ! 🏆🏅
