At Realfit Conditioning and Education Centre we can can cater to every aspect of improving your fitness and well-being, no matter what stage of fitness you are at.  

We are open to any age group from 16 years upwards.  Our Realfit Sessions vary in age and ability so you don't have to be that superfit athelete to join.  We have our 70 year old clients mixing in with our 21 year old clients all enjoying the sessions, getting fitter, stronger, healthier and more mobile while having fun.  

We also have a very varied class timetable with classes such as Boxing Womens Lift  and coming soon Gymnastics for adults.  

As well as the above we also can help you with Personal Coaching and small group training with friends.  

If you have a specific goal in mind or you would simply just like to improve your health and fitness levels then Realfit is for you.  We can help with weight loss, muscle gain, personal training, pre and post natal classes, strength and conditioning work, fat loss and general health.

Results Accelerator. It does what it should do. Sallie took part in her 8 week programme. She lost a total of 5 inches and 4kg BUT her main goal was to overhead press and get out of the rut her training was in. We are not trying to transform you. We are accelerating results and giving you the tools to carry it on. The accelerator starts in January and has limited spaces. It's a good day when you are putting stats in an email and have to recheck as you think you have it wrong. Our drop out rate for people joining us in January and leaving in February is 2.2% of total membership as opposed to an industry standard of 78%. Makes you think there is a better way yo train after all

Our community doesn't just happen at the centre, we get to know our members and have great social events. This Saturday we held our Christmas party at The River Mill Pub in Eaton Socon and had an amazing time. *Behaviour change sessions this week* Fresh from presenting at our 'Results Environment' event at the weekend, Nicky will be running in depth behaviour change sessions this Tuesday and Thursday at 8pm. These will be small group sessions which will go deep into how you can understand, manage and change your behaviours and habits. Yesterday's training was no yoke........ Awful puns aside I had to work round a knee twinge. Instead of the front squat work which would have been a no go I opted for yoke carries. I still wanted to get volume through my legs without aggravating the pull when I bend my knee past 45 degrees. The training was - 3 min as contant walk as possible at 70kg added weight. 6 mins as constant walk as possible at 50kg added weight. 9 mins as constant walk as possible at 20kg added weight. 5 x 100kg added weight 20m walk into 5 x sumo deadlift at 100kg for speed. Got a good bit or work capacity increase while doing what I find a fun session and all working around an injury. #realfit #stneots #bedford #cambridge #peterborough #miltonkeynes #london #strongman #deadlift #fitfam #fitnessisfun
