Spalding Fitness Limited are proud to Launch Tracey's Fun & Fitness Community Classes. Tracey has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Her knowledge, experience and qualifications have helped hundreds of women Lose Weight, Get Fit and Shape Up. Classes are held both mornings and evenings and are perfect for ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes & fitness levels. Tracey's classes are fun and light hearted with great music & great results, and the perfect way to meet & make new friends..

Who eats Special K for breakfast? Love the new funky advert promoting fitness, sport and activity.. But does this new marketing advert make you want to buy it??? What is your preferred breakfast. #dropadresssize
Now I don’t randomly take photos of supermarket sandwiches!! But a conversation with a lady trying to lose weight brought up the conversation about shop brought sandwiches.. if you are trying to stick to around 1500 calories a day ( a reduction of 500 a day to lose a pound a week) then look at the calories in the packet of sandwiches your buying before you eat them!!! you might be shocked! The chicken and bacon sandwich 460 calories, the southern chicken pasta 533 calories, even the feta and tomato 531 calories and that’s without a drink, crisps, snack, yogurt or fruit option.. you could be eating half your daily calorie allowance just for lunch.. #Dropadresssize

Certainly a bit chilly today. Always hard to get motivated when it’s cold and the log burner is on!! However I’m now leaving to head to the Parish School for tonight classes.. nothing like a bit of Step and Box-Fit to get warmed up🔥🔥🔥🔥
