FANTASTIC PRIZE TO BE WON! This month we are giving one of our members the chance to design their own shoes on the Nike ID website (up to £120). You can choose the colours, style and even put your own personal tag on them. All you have to do is refer a friend to us this month, any friend that you refer will also be allowed to trial the club for free for one day. All you have to do is fill out a referral card from our refer a friend board and give to a staff member in club, or you can message this page with your friends name, email and mobile number. Winner to be announced 31/01/17

How's your #My2017Goal going? Sticking to it? Sometimes it helps to think of a person or perhaps a celebrity that inspires you and has achieved their fitness goal. Perhaps it is David Beckham or Bradley Wiggins or you're inspired by Lucy Mechlenburgh or Davina McCall? Find a picture of your inspiration, print it out and keep it on you or pin it up at home as a reminder. Well done, you're doing great and keep going!
