Hi lovelies, Please note that we have a new price list which is effective from Monday 19th August. This is to take into account rising costs in products. We have kept the changes to a minimum and hope all our clients understand. We will also be asking for a deposit of 50% of treatment cost to secure any bookings. Deposits can be paid in Salon or over the phone. Any treatments cancelled with 48 hours or more notice will receive a full refund. Any treatments cancelled with 24-48 hours notice can be rearranged. However please note that no refunds will be given if we are notified within 24 hours of treatment time. We have tried to avoid this in the past but as a busy salon we feel it’s unfair to turn regular clients away if it can be avoided. Thank you all so much for the lovely messages, cards and gifts I received when I left Fenails. I will really miss my clients, friends and Fenails family but I’m sure I will see you all around Southam. I love you all and have so enjoyed every minute of working here. I am so proud of my wonderful daughter and all she has achieved through hard work and determination and I know she will go from strength with her lovely team to support her. Thank you all for taking the journey with us xxxxx

So, as most of you probably already know we are losing a massive part of our Fenails family. My beautiful and amazing mum, Margaret is retiring from working in the salon. We are sure she will still be in lots to get all the gossip but she will no longer be treating clients. In traditional Fenails style we will be celebrating this occasion with drinks in the salon from 5pm - 7pm this evening. Any of you that wish to join us will of course be more than welcome. We are then taking her into town for dinner and cocktails. Margaret has been a huge part of the salon from the start it is sure to be a tricky day for us all, however nobody will deny what an experience and joy she has been with us over the years.... We are delighted to announce the safe arrival of Katie and Dans’ new baby daughter and Jacob’s new sister, Sophia Jayne Arthurton, born on Saturday 23rd March at 6:21am weighing 7lb 3oz!!! Mum and baby are doing well Congratulations and love from all of us xxxxx

The sunbed is available whenever we are in and is used n a first come first served basis. All valid sunbed packages will of course be unaffected by this change.
