ActiDiet allows you to lose weight through a completely natural process. While ActiDieting you will consume fewer calories than your body requires, creating a calorie deficit. Once your body has used up its energy reserves of glycogen it starts to burn fats from it's fat stores. After 2-4 days your body will enter a natural state called Ketosis and will use it’s fat stores to produce energy, resulting in fast, natural weight loss. To stay in ketosis you should follow the program as directed.
The most effective way is 4 of our meals a day - 3 litres of water and veg off the allowed list every day. This is called vlcd. 38.50 a week if you want to have meals and shakes - it can also be done shakes only - this way you can have 4 shakes a day - we do fixed shake packs which are £32.50 and will last you a week
You can buy this weekly - fortnightly - 3 weekly or every 4 weeks - more you buy cheaper it is - Your not tied and and purchase when you want to
Your looking at losing a stone every 3-4 weeks on this plan - its complete meal replacement
you can do 3 of our meals a day and a low cal low carb meal at night (or one of our ready meals) of around 300 cals - this is called LCD - still 3 litres of water - this is 29.50 if doing meals of your choice and shakes - Or again you can do just shakes - for 32.50 you will get 10 days of shakes on this plan
Another option is the challenge - swop 2 of our meals a day for 2 of yours so ideally you’ll be having 2 of our meals and 2 small meals of your own - we haven't put restrictions on this - you decide - more good u ate better the results but this is for people who are unsure. 19.50 a week
