Good evening ladies & gents, some camo coloured wrist straps were left at the gym the other day & have since gone walk abouts. Has someone picked them up by mistake?
Some times the simplest things work the best.....try a โTotal or All over body Workout โ.......great for if your pushed for time, great for improving strength & a refreshing change from focusing on one particular body part. Try this one...... Back squat Bench press Pulldown Reps wise I love the good old 5x5, going heavier each set. If you fancy more volume then smash out a 5x10 in each exercise?! Give it ago peeps 👍💪

Hereโs an all over body circuit for you to get ready for summer, quick, simple & effective ......... A 2 handed kettle bell swing B medball squat & press C bicycles First round 10sec per movement, 10sec rest. Second round 20sec per movement, 20sec rest. Keep adding 10sec per round & see how far you can get 👍💪🕺💃
