OUR TIMBER/TREATMENT
Our entire timber range used to manufacture our fence panels is Tanalised Pressure Treated using Lonza's Next Generation TANALITH E 8000 / TANATONE wood preservative resulting in an eye pleasing dark brown finish. As a minimum all our timbers are treated to a 15 year desired service life specification. The same treatment is also used by some of the largest saw mills in the UK.

OUR NAILS
We only use the top grade, unrivalled; Stainless Steel 316 Marine grade nails to manufacture our fence panels. Rust free for life - rusting nails is one of the main causes of fence panel failure. These nails are used to manufacture boats that are sea bound. A certificate for these nails will be supplied with every purchase of your fence panels, giving us a major advantage over our competitors and making us your first choice for some of the highest standard of fence panels available in the UK.

OUR FENCE PANELS
Heavy duty is an understatement, our panels excel in every way benefiting from solid back rails on our complete range, with the inclusion of 4 solid back rails supplied on all of our 5 and 6 foot fence panels; 1 of 100mm x 32mm top back rail and 3 of 75mm x 32mm additional back rails for maximum strength and stability and minimum rattling in the stormy winds.

We use 18 heavy duty feather edge boards per panel, all 125mm x 22mm 2x, not the standard 10mm boards commonly found on these fence panels. This is the perfect combination between solid back rails whilst still retaining thick, heavy duty feather edge boards.

Continuing our high standards and complimenting our panels we use a stylish 2 way weathered top cap, providing additional protection and preventing the rain seeping into the boards, further prolonging the life and adding a finishing touch of elegance to your fence panels.

Handmade by us in our factory in Skelmersdale, rather than using an automated machine means we can avoid the knots in the timber when nailing our panels to avoid cracking/splitting of the timber.

Our fence panels range from 2ft - 6ft in height and are 6ft (1829mm) wide as standard. They are manufactured to slot directly into your existing concrete posts, however if you require a non standard size we can manufacture to your bespoke requirements.

OUR SOURCES
All our fence panels are made using mixed species timber which is FSC certified and comes solely from sustainable sources from UK saw mills in well managed forests.
