‼️A gentle reminder ‼️ In recent weeks (not including the snow) we have seen a rise in late cancellations and no shows. Please can we just remind you that by you doing this we are unable to fill these appointments. Therefore we lose that money, we have rent and bills to pay with that money. We know that in some cases this is unavoidable and take this into account. Here’s a reminder of our cancellation policy: Please cancel appointments with 24 hours. Or we will have to charge 50% of the service charge before your next appointment. I’m sorry to have to put this notice but feel that myself and all the girls work really hard to accommodate your appointment needs, we often work extra hours to fit everyone in.
