Founded by Rebecca Pritchard (nee Jones) in 2008, Pure PT & Pilates is a unique health and fitness practice, dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems through the medium of Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Massage, Pilates and Personal Training.

Happy New Year to all our clients & followers! How are those New Year's resolutions going? For me (Becky) I am competing in a Bodybuilding competition in the bikini (smallest) category in April!! So I have 15 weeks to loose around 2 stone of Bodyfat! I will be sharing my progress, fitness and nutrition hints and tips on my personal training page which you can like and follow if you are interested but will share occasionally on this page to.
