#thankfulthursday Over the last few months my team of independent Usborne organisers has grown and almost doubled in size. I've supported them and watched them support each other with ideas and words to grow our businesses. We've had our ups and downs, discovered news ways of connecting online making countrywide training so much FUN! Most importantly, we've put THOUSANDS of new books into the hands of children, giving them opportunity to learn, explore and create. I couldn't have done this without family and friends who have supported me in turn. For this I am thankful. What are you thankful for today ?

I have a day to explore Birmingham on Friday after I've visited the Library of Birmingham to check out a conference room ready for our training with the MD of Usborne Books at Home and School. I'm definitely visiting the Irregular Choice shop to spend my commission bonus on these beauties, but I need your suggestions...where else is a must visit place or shop?

What an amazing deal! Ideal for children in EYFS and KS1 (and probably lower KS2). This set is worth £49.96 so you could split it for Christmas presents or add it to the school library. You'll need to let me know quick though, they'll fly out of stock.

Back in the summer I visited Bumps and babies with NCT Shrewsbury, Oswestry and surrounding areas with a pop up stall and story telling session at Palmer's of Shrewsbury. I didn't realise they were taking photos of me!! But here I am in action (bottom left) and I'm looking for more groups to visit for storytelling or crafts. Do share with anyone who runs toddler groups or play sessions and we'll sort some Christmas shopping dates!
