When our menu says "and herbs", this is what we mean. Fresh rosemary, sage, thyme, bay and marjoram picked from our garden then tied together into a bouquet garni for our ox-tail ragu. *Last chance to book for our pop up tomorrow- limited availability so contact us ASAP!!
A platter full of our grilled aubergines topped with a spicy tomato sauce. We love mixing simple, bold flavours and promise this dish tastes as good as it looks! We have a few spaces left for Saturday's pop up - book ASAP so you don't miss out!
Our pumpkin soup is a great way to warm yourself up on a cold autumnal evening. We roast the pumpkins with sage, garlic & cherry tomatoes to maximise their flavour and finish the dish off with creamy mascarpone. Try this at next week's pop up at the Heeley Institute - taking bookings now from 6pm onwards.
