Description
I teach Pilates, barre & studio sessions in Sevenoaks and teach for Alan Herdman in London. I am also a health coach and nutritional therapist in training I have been teaching pilates for seven years and currently teach ten classes a week. If you are recovery from an injury or if you want to take your pilates to the next level I teach 1-1 sessions at The Manor Clinic using pilates equipment like the reformer, cadillac and spine corrector.

No barre class in the morning thanks to my walking into a wall incident so have a lovely weekend and remember that the Monday evening pilates classes are running throughout the Easter holidays if you fancy stretching your body out!
No classes today! Spectacularly managed to walk into a wall this morning and have possibly broken a toe! Apologies but hope to see you in class again soon.

My front room is now a pilates studio and the boys were lining up this morning to take turns on the reformer before school! A new coat of paint, a few pictures and I think it will look lovely! 🙏🏻

This lovely, smiley, beautiful new friend arrived today and I am beyond excited! I've dreamt about having one of these for years and can't quite believe it's finally happened. Can't wait to have a play tomorrow!
