Well what a weekend we have had!! On Saturday my son Chris married his lovely fiance Nicola in a beautiful Christmas wedding at Normanby Hall in Scunthorpe. It was such an honour to make this naked Victoria and chocolate sponge cake for them decorated with red and white roses. I also made a fruit cake decorated with little figures of their beautiful family including my wonderful granddaughter Olivia and Skip the dog!
