Jenny's progress is clear to see in her waist and hips you are looking fab lady :) well done 👍🏻👌💪🏻 This is why we don't believe in the scales as scales may not go down but inch loss does not lie. We can help you achieve what you want to it is all about consistency. Your diet may not be the best but if you exercise and stick to a programme you will loose inches and drop dress sizes. Our programmes change every 4 weeks to keep you your body progressing. Stick with it for 8 weeks and you will see changes if you clean your eating habits up as well you will see even more progress :) Have a good weekend everyone :)

One of my clients messaged me this last night. She has only been training with me a few weeks and already is feeling much more confident :) Our classes will help you whether you just want to meet new friends, loose weight or even just get fitter and stronger we can help you achieve those goals. You wont be judged by your appearance You wont feel like you are on show. But you will have good fun and a good laugh as all of our classes have a great atmosphere in them. 💥5 simple fat loss tips💥 1. Stop focusing on what other people are doing and concentrate on your own self - don't ask what "diet" your friends are doing, find a way to create a calorie deficit that suits YOU and your lifestyle. 2: stop looking for the "quick fix" - throw away your fat burners, magic pills or shakes and understand that safe, effective and sustainable fat loss takes longer than you realise. 3: Drink more water - kind of self explanatory but most of you DON'T do it! Star your day off with a pint of h2o before your coffee and hydrate. 4: Stop looking for progress every single day and looking at yourself for hours on end each day. Back to point 2, it takes time! Check in each week and see what happens at that time not at 8am, 10am, 3pm etc....sorry it doesn't happen that quick. 5: Remain consistent at 1 thing for longer than a week. - many people "hop" from diet to diet, training program to program hoping that "this one will work". #protip ALL OF THEM WORK!! You just need to find the one that you can adhere to consistently and fit into your lifestyle. Staying with the same thing for a longer period will let you understand whether you can keep it as a lifestyle to fit in with work commitments, family life and social events. Bonus tip: ENJOY the process - if you can't enjoy getting healthier, feeling better and looking better.....what's the point. Have a good day everyone :)
