Lessans Riding Stables is a BHS Approved livery yard, training and competition venue. Lessans Riding Stables is a BHS Approved centre located in the beautiful countryside of County Down, Northern Ireland. After almost 40 years in business as a successful riding school, Lessans has now diversified to become a dedicated livery yard, training and competition venue. The stables can offer a variety of services to riders of all levels on their own horses and ponies, and is home to extensive facilities appropriate for instruction and competition across all disciplines. AVAILABLE FOR FULL LOAN: Dylan is a grey 13.2hh Connemara gelding of the more senior generation. He is a former riding school pony and has a brilliant temperament both in and out of the stable. He has done a bit of everything including show jumping (up to 80cm), cross country, dressage at Intro level and First Ridden/Family Pony showing. He will hack out alone or in company. Never bucks or rears. Vaccinations, dentist and worming all up to date. Dylan must stay here at Lessans, his current livery yard. BHS Fellow and all-round legendary instructor Ernest Dillon will be returning to Lessans on 16 & 17 June; and before we confirm any further details we'd love your opinion! Would you rather have the same format of private/group showjumping lessons as previously, or would you be interested in a two-day clinic with group lessons covering different jumping aspects such as polework and straightness, progressing to jumping a course, with participants taking part in more than one session across the two days?
