We are pleased to say that our Park Wifi is now up and running!

Re: Park Wifi an engineer will not be with us until Monday or Tuesday next week - we apologise for any inconvenience but this is out of our control.

Update on the Park Wifi - BT have repaired a fault on the line however we now have problems with the broadband. We are working on getting this up again ASAP.

We have been experiencing problems with our phone lines/broadband & we appear to have lost the internet connection on the park (Open reach is working in the area). We have contacted Air Angel but the problem may be with the line... Please remember to pick up Wifi vouchers for this season. 8 month vouchers are available from the office We are still hopeful that fibre will be with us in the near future ! We wish to inform owners that with our newly upgraded phone system "Calls May Be Recorded For Training And Quality Purposes"

With rain today and more expected over the weekend PLEASE PARK ON THE ROADSIDE. Do Not drive across the grass causing damage which will take time to repair (treat our grass as you would your lawn at home). We have today had to erect temporary fencing in 2 areas where owners have driven on the grass between caravans to park outside their caravans.

The Site Fee invoices were posted on Friday for owners to received today. Please phone us if you have a question or wish a 6 month standing order mandate. Park Gates will open on Wednesday March 1st and the office is now open everyday 9-1 & 2-5pm (Tel: 01255 820712)

We are currently suffering the strong winds from Storm Doris and other than our security fencing and sheds all caravans are intact! We will be notifying owners whose sheds have suffered. Gale force winds are expected to be with us until 8pm tonight.

All Owners should receive their new Insurance Policy booklet & policy summary by Friday of this week - due to new legislation the renewal letter will be from James & Lindsay our brokers. Please keep the GoldPark Booklet safe as one is not issued each year. If you have any queries please phone us (we cannot reply to messages on the facebook page) If we carry out the Drainage service for you the "drain turn on form" will be enclosed with a choice of dates (you may email the form to us info@hutleys.co.uk or Phone 01255 820712), again we ask that you do not message on facebook. With the freezing weather we had throughout January if you carried out the drainage work yourself please be prepared! Your Site Fee invoice will be sent for you to receive just before the 1st of March.

Repairs & maintenance of the machines & changes being made to allow for the new £1 coin mean that the laundrette will be out of action until after 4pm today.

Apologies to those owners who have received our January Letter with an incorrectly dated standing order mandate. The payments should have been February 3rd to August 3rd (not January). Please alter the mandate or request a new mandate. This applies to Central Park owners and some on West Park - again our apologies. Other owners should receive our January letter and correct mandate later on this week.
