Jane Temple is a local therapist in Hastings and has been working in the field of complementary health and personal development for over 20 years. She is a qualified Homeopath, Neuro-Linguistic Therapist and Practitioner and Trainer in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
She practiced for 10 years in London at Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden and at the BBC Lifestyles Therapy Centre in White City where she practiced Homeopathy and Stress Counselling and also ran Stress Management courses for staff.
Today stress is present in most of our lives and it is vital for our well-being that we deal effectively with our own individual stresses. Jane’s approach is to use her therapies to enable people to improve their health and well-being by treating the underlying causes to stress which can lead to ill health both emotionally and physically.
At The Wellington Centre Jane is available on Saturdays for Emotional Freedom Techniques, a meridian therapy now recognized by health professionals as an important and effective cognitive therapy. She also offers Homeopathy, a safe and gentle natural system of medicine which has been used for over 200 years to promote well-being and treat a wide range of conditions.
Jane also edits and publishes LINKS, the local guide to health & well-being.

HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT FOR FOXES WITH MANGE:: I have a young fox who visits my place every day. He is suffering from Sarcoptic mange and is looking very unhappy.....he has lost a lot of fur and is scratching constantly with inflamed skin and he is out in the daytime There is a homeopathic treatment which is totally free offered by the National Fox Welfare Society. The treatment is a mix of homeopathic drops of Sulphur & Arsenicum and which are put in a jam sandwich (apparently foxes love sweet things!) every day and within a month there should be significant improvement in the mange and the fox!. Homeopathy is safe and non toxic and has no side effects - and if another animal were to eat the jam sandwich they would not be harmed in any way. Today is day one of treatment for my little fox so I will update this post in a while on his well-being! If you have foxes living nearby who have this horrible and painful mange then please support this society.
