As an established company, we have developed good relationships with all the local solicitors and would be happy to put you in touch with them.  Because of the volumes of work we give them we can sometimes negotiate a better rate on your behalf, and can provide you with a quote for legal expenses upon request.  This is a free quote and you are no obliged to use them.

As soon as an offer is made, we will endeavour to contact you by telephone and then put forward all offers in writing.  Should more than one offer be made, we will discuss the buyers’ circumstances with you, and offer you advise allowing you to make a well informed decision.
