At Thunderley Hall Farm we are proud to produce unique and delicious Water Buffalo.
Thunderley Hall Farm is situated just two miles from the historic town centre of Saffron Walden, Essex, where we have been producing free-range British Water Buffalo for over 5 years.
We use traditional farming methods which allow our calves to stay with their mothers until they are naturally weaned. The result of this is a healthy & happy herd with our calves naturally developing to produce a premium Buffalo meat.
Buffalo meat is the perfect substitute for beef, with delicious flavours to enhance a wide variety of dishes.
Our free-range Buffalo products are available direct from the farm. We also invite our customers to join our mailing list so as to pre-order fresh Buffalo and we are more than happy to work with you and our butcher to fulfil any special cut or quantity requests.
