Monday - 18:00 to 19:00 - Fitness Training
Monday - 19:15 to 21:15 - Adult Karate Lesson 15+
Tuesday - 19:00 to 21:00 - Shotokan Karate Lesson (all ages)
Wednesday - 16:00 to 18:00 - BMAA Team Training (if in team expected to attend)
Thursday - 19:00 to 21:00 - Shotokan Karate Lesson (all ages)
Friday - 16:00 to 18:00 - Shotokan Karate Lessons (all ages)
Saturday - to - MMA Training
Saturday - 16:00 to 18:00 - Shotokan Karate Lessons (all ages)

Hi all there has been a severe weather warning posted and travel has not been advised, tempratues are going even lower and the gym us freezing so I am cancelling tonight's class. On as normal next week.

Hi guys really sorry but no karate this coming Wednesday 7th Feb. I have a late apointment at Warrington hospital and there's no way I can be back in time. Anyone wanting to come along to Thursdays class to make up is more than welcome. Thursday is 8pm till 9.30pm. 🥋

Hi all, next grading is on sunday the 28th January at active nation runcorn 2pm till 5pm all grading money to be paid on the day or b4 or grading can not be done, thank you and good luck to all students taking part.
