When I was invited to a Temple Spa class, little did I know that I would be blown away and subsequently that I would become a consultant for this fantastic company. I knew that the only other way to try the range would be to go to Harrods or Selfridges or book myself into a 5* hotel. This was not on my todo list.
It was important to me that they weren't tested on animals, that they were paraben free and made in the UK. I went to the class, enjoyed 25% off retail price on my purchase and started my new (quick & easy) routine. The hostess received a BEAUTIFUL gift set just for having her friends over for a cup if tea. And then within 2 weeks of using the collection I had bought I noticed visible results which quite frankly I hadn't expected.
With Spa to go, my clients try exquisite, luscious, nourishing products.
They have an opportunity to try before they buy skincare like they have never tried before, which smells, feels and looks beautiful...I bring my passion and Spa into their home and we spend a lovely lighthearted couple of hours together. When I leave, everyone is relaxed and usually touching their skin with amazement.
But Temple Spa is not just about skincare. It is also about making "me time" a daily treat. As women, mothers, carers we have a propensity to give to everyone around us. Temple Spa give us a beautiful hug back.
Temple Spa is also about giving women like me an opportunity. When I had my children, I decided to put my career on hold and to be a full time mum. I did find a part time job which fitted around family life, was enjoyable but I was earning 1/4 of what I had been earning BC (you got it, before kids).
Temple Spa has given me a chance to run my own business, with an incredible amount of support and training. I can earn pocket money doing it as a hobby but the commission structure - the best one about - is such that any effort is swiftly rewarded. The more you give, the better the rewards. We even get Christmas presents. I can't wait to receive my hamper!
But importantly I AM there for my family, for every sports event and other outing. I am in charge of my diary. And my children can love me for being me, not just mum.
