OLs Phoenix Ladies Touch Rugby Team... We're a fast growing, fun & friendly team of ladies of all ages and fitness levels. The OL's Phoenix Ladies RFC is a ladies only touch rugby team. We pride ourselves on welcoming new players of all ages and abilities.
Training consists of general fitness activities, rugby drills, ball handling, sprinting and a lot of fun... with a couple of pints in the clubhouse as a reward afterwards!
We train in all weather conditions and are committed to ensuring everyone joining is part of something special.
If this is something you've always fancied doing or it's captured your interest then come along and have a go... It's a no pressure, no agro, all friendly team. You'll never know until you TRY!... Get in touch or just turn up on Sundays at 12:15 or Wednesdays at 18:30. See you there :-)
