PARENTS!!!! We have a parent and kids class fridays 6:15 till 7 £2:50 each. We need to build this class up. It’s a great way to have fun and burn some calories it’s not really a boxing class just a fun cardio based class little games and drills. Please share and tag anyone you think might be interested
