Stepping Forward was founded by Debi Weir, a qualified coach and NLP practitioner with many years experience in coaching individuals to make positive choices and effective changes to their lives, careers and futures. Stepping Forward was founded to be able to offer online coaching to those who find it difficult to meet with a coach face to face and to offer coaching and personal development skills to those who are seeking that all important change in direction to lead them to a happy place.
Our Vision is to bring 'personal development' to you by offering coaching which is centred around your needs, offers the challenges you require to change and is driven entirely by you, enabling you to make the life changing transformations required to grab hold of the life you are working towards.
