**Want a new challenge for 2017?** Try this 12 week training camp. This camp gives a very unique opportunity for men and women to get in the shape of your life, learn a new skill and have the opportunity to take part in a charity event at the end. Boxing is the best way to get in great shape and have great fun at the same time. This camp will include 1x 1-2-1 training session per week 1x group session per week Full diet support All with a fully qualified and experienced coach At the end of the 12 weeks you will have the opportunity to take part in a charity boxing match raising money for a great charity (optional). The sibling rivalry continues. Both smashed their old PB's for deadlifts. A few months ago their only experience of deadlifts was in body pump class, now both lifting more than their own bodyweight on the bar! Couldn't agree more with this. Yeah his books and exercise advise aren't perfect, but in the grand scheme of things he is helping a lot of people and drawing more attention to the fitness industry, which can only be good for everyone in it.
