This is Vinny a 4 year old Springer Spaniel. A customer of mine rescued him from a life of being locked in a cage for hours each day with hardly any exercise. (She is unable to keep him herself as she'd hoped to as her cats won't take to him). He has only had one home since being a pup. His granddad was taking him for a walk once a day but after having a knee replacement this is no longer possible. He really needs his own special family that can give him lots of walks and not too much time on his own. He will need a lot of TLC and might best be suited to a home with no other pets so he gets all the attention :-) or maybe a mature dog that is well rounded to help him out and give him confidence. He does pull on the lead (at the moment) but is fantastic off lead and never runs off and is a pleasure to walk with. If you like lots of rambling through the country side then Vinny will be your perfect companion. Ideally somebody that has experience with this breed would be perfect as you will understand his needs. He loves to chase a ball and bring it back, but doesn't always let you have it straight away as he is very mischievous! If you think you can offer Vinny the home he so much deserves and would like more information or to meet Vinny in person then please be in touch. I met him yesterday and he is a really sweetie. I'd have him myself if I could.
