PLEASE BE AWARE!! Last night around 7pm a light blue vehicle drove on to the yard, not sure of model but possibly a Nissan Micra or Vauxhall Corsa the man inside stated that he was an plain clothed policeman from York looking for a black Caribbean man who worked on the roads. He flashed an ID badge very quickly then proceeded to ask about security on the yard, when he realized he was being watched he left the yard. A phone to the police has confirmed that he was NOT a police officer. Please be observant and report any sightings to the police.
