Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year to all my friends, family and clients We finished this gorgeous modern kitchen yesterday, a combination of a strong black worktop with a soft cream gloss finish on the doors etc and perfectly complimented by high gloss black tiles with ivory grout, a striking kitchen The kitchen also had the necessary integrated dishwasher installed too My clients were thrilled with their new kitchen, all ready for cooking and entertaining their friends and family over the festive period

The dominant factor in the majority of my recent work has been utilising wasted areas of space. The under-stairs job saw me firstly plaster skim over highly unsightly artexed walls, then construct a bespoke storage and shelving area that provides a much needed storage area and compliments the room superbly, we also provided a fitted tall unit in the kitchen for storing hoovers etc. The utility pictures show how we concealed an unsightly electrics consumer unit and boiler in wall units , providing much needed storage and being an awful look easier on the eye, the washer and tumble dryer tucked neatly under the new worktop Two very happy clients

Pictures of a complete bedroom revamp I completed for some friends of mine. I removed the complete floor, re instated a new one and fitted a very modern laminate. I boarded the ceiling and plaster skimmed the complete room and then fitted new skirting boards. I fitted a new door and furniture I cut and fitted all shelving and rails etc inside cupboard and then fitted the stunning sliding doors. The room is now a very modern comfortable and practical living space that my friends love

The last four weeks have seen us :- 1 :- Remove cupboards and build a stud wall to create a walk-in wardrobe on a hallway and plaster skim all ceilings 2 :- Assemble and install a stunning set of bi-fold doors, insulate and plaster walls and cut and fix bespoke cupboards and shelving to a lounge 3 :- Prepare and board and plaster skim a bedroom walls and ceiling All work areas were left immaculately clean and tidy

Kitchens, plastering, fitted fireplaces, skirting & hardwood shelving are just some of the jobs that I've been occupied doing over these last few weeks I've certainly enjoyed the various challenges each job presented I love the diversity of my work

This week started with me working in a house in Llandudno tasked with removing very heavily plaster patterned walls, I prepared all walls and plastered them to a much more visually agreeable smooth finish. I also removed the blown plaster from a bedroom walls and boarded and plastered them. We cleaned up all areas leaving the house as we found it. My other job in Kinmel Bay was the polar opposite of my first, I repaired various areas of plaster coving and then prepared and Artexed one of the bedroom ceilings, finishing round the light with a couple of my signature bespoke handcrafted roses, the effectiveness of the pattern combined with the light was superb Once again we thoroughly cleaned up all areas Happy clients all round 👍

This week was predominantly about ceilings A client in Rhyl had the problem of paint forever blistering and peeling from her bathroom ceiling, even though there was sufficient extraction via a ceiling mounted extractor, I supplied and fitted new white cladding and trims to the ceiling, ready for new ceiling lights and extractor. No need for painting ever again 👍 The bedroom ceiling had be plaster skimmed to a very poor finish so I was tasked with plastering it correctly and providing the finish that should have been originally provided Both jobs were fully sheeted up and properties left immaculately clean and tidy I also boarded and plastered an on-suite ready for tiling Can't believe it's September already 😳

What an absolutely amazing transformation, I can't believe this is the same room as I walked into 8 days beforehand I removed the old kitchen and stud wall below the stairs, overboarded the ceiling and plastered and fitted new swish LED spotlights I then fitted a new modern Howdens kitchen, comprising of integrated fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and very smart extractor hood. I finished off the fit by cutting and fixing these visually stimulating plum coloured tiles. The colours and styles of the new kitchen and tiles really work well together. As a hardworking busy family, this is the kitchen they deserve Thank you very much for looking after me with coffee, enjoy your kitchen 👍

A tidy kitchen in Rhyl that I fitted at the beginning of this week, comprising of integrated gas hob & integrated microwave combi oven, as well as a very modern extractor hood, I loved the colours and textures of the doors & panels. My client is tiling the walls herself, what a transformation. Another job was to remove half a rotten bathroom floor & replace and then board out the bare walls plumb & level, ready for tiling and bathroom fit by my client Happy Friday 👍

Plastering and joinery have been the order of the week, An old tired Artexed ceiling and loft trap were desperately in need of rejuvenation as well as new 4 panel doors and handles, i plastered the ceilings and cut and fitted a new loft trap opening and architrave, I also hung 4 new doors and new skirting boards Job two had heavily cracked walls that I hacked off and reboarded and plaster skimmed. Two very happy clients

This week has been predominantly about flooring I had the pleasure of working locally for friends The lounge floor I laid is one of my favourite floor coverings, it's finish and depth of colour and shine is sumptuous and changes the ambience of any room. The shower room flooring is a click vinyl floor, 100% water proof, warm under foot and looks great ( a fantastic alternative to tiles ) Finally there's a bathroom I plaster boarded ready for tiling and plastered the ceiling Schools out for the Summer , enjoy yourselves and embrace something a little different 👍

The last 2 weeks I've been fortunate to have worked at a friend's house in Kinmel Bay. In the quest for more living space, I took a garage that wasn't really big enough for a modern car and turned it into a much needed living space . I also put a loft trap in the ceiling to allow for storage in the loft space above the room My friends were very happy with the finished room What a pleasure it was to carry out this job
