Following the success of our 'Winter Warm-Up' we have decided to team up with the guys from Fat Cat Sound to bring you sound system sessions for all four seasons, with a great band alongside each and every time! For our Spring Sizzler we are really pleased to be bringing you live UK roots reggae from THE MAJESTIC! THE MAJESTIC have been exciting audiences the width and breadth of the country and beyond with their brand of roots rock reggae delivered in their own very visual sing a long style; its all about audience participation! Having played with and supported artists such as Gentleman's Dub Club,The Selecter, Damien Marley, Dub Pistols, Dizzy Rascal and many more, they have continued to build up a following with the release of their EP and album titled ‘Unequivocal Love’’. The present 6 piece line up consists of drums, bass, keyboards, rhythm and lead guitars and lead vocals. They have been playing the field for a number of years now, but their roots spread much longer and wider. Currently they are working on a new album, whist still spreading musical love to an ever increasing audience. Of course the mighty FAT CAT SOUND will be holding down the vibe before and after the band with the usual selectors and FULL RIG. Tickets £7.50 - keep an eye out for advance ticket deals. Ticket link will be up soon. See you in front of the speaker stack!
We’ve made the papers again ... thanks to our voters!
This great three piece covers band from Mid-Wales make a very welcome return to The Lost ARC. These guys are always busy, but haven't been to Rhayader in a little while. Mike McCarthy on bass and vocals, Simon Newcombe on guitar and our good friend, Tony Egan on Drums have a great cover repertoire, but they are polishing up their 50s and 60s numbers to keep everyone on the dance floor. Have a look and a listen here: https://encoremusicians.com/Universal-Translators, then make sure that you get yourselves down to The Lost ARC for this FREE event!
