Watched the first half of our Christmas show tonight and has taught me a BIG FAT LESSON. I remember very well when I was a young girl how I used to look up to my dance teacher and older dancers with complete admiration and amazement. Little did those older girls know that they were my complete role models. It is a tiny bit daunting that some children over the years see me as that role model. What I didn't know was that being a 'role model' isn't anything different to being me. And whilst some of your children might look up to me, in fact it is those children that I look up to now. They make me smile, they make me laugh, they make me so damn proud. All at a time where it doesn't seem right to feel like this. But they mean enough to me to drag myself out of the house and get to see their cheery little faces again. I have just watched 1 hour of dancing which I choreographed and I know inside out. But they are the ones that do it justice. I can see the pure happiness in their face at performing for everyone. The absolute joy in their face when they get their claps and cheers. Pure magic at watching them grow confidence and love for showing you what we have learnt in our classes. Thank you for bringing your children to my little classes and being part of my life. And thank you for showing me that your kids are MY role models - to walk back into class with a big smile, and get on with it. To think those kids are waiting for me to step up to the mark, so I just gotta get my ass into gear and do it. ❤️

How excited are you for dancing again this week? As excited as Adam was here?! Classes back to normal this week after a long 5 weeks off. Wednesday @ Rickmans Corner, Linton. Children age 6+ years, 5.30pm-6.15pm Adults fitness class 6.30pm-7.30pm. Saturday @ Repton Village Hall 11-12noon age 3+ years freestyle disco 10.15-11am Advanced Children (as before) Please share and come along. We need some moral support to do this 💪🏼

Hi all, Thank you for your support through this difficult time. Thank you for all the lovely cards and flowers I received too- you are all just so kind. I will be returning to dance after the half term now, as there is no point in me doing classes through half term as I know there are always things you want to do. This means that all classes will resume from 22nd February (Wednesday classes) and Saturday classes will return on the 25th February. Thank you again and I hope you are all well. Really looking forward to seeing some happy faces soon. Xx

4 years ago I opened Dance With Miss Ness, and this was our attempt at the mannequin challenge a couple of weeks ago. Thank you for you continuing support at this time and I hope to be back at dance soon. X
