New Yoga class in Porthtowan
Brand new Yoga classes starting on Thursday evenings at 6pm. Calm the mind, energise the body, open your heart, ignite your spirit and smile. My classes are based on the traditions of Sivananda, Hatha yoga but with the inspiration gained from Anusara flow and alignment. Beginners are always very welcome but classes are suitable for most levels. £7.00 per class or £35 for a block of six. Yoga makes you feel great, come and join us!
