Today I went on the RockBlades IASTM seminar it has been developed by industry leading experts in movement assessment and therapy. IASTM introduces the concept of movement therapy and performance enhancement via Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM). The tools may be hard-edged, but the techniques don’t need to be aggressive to deliver superior patient outcomes. Look out for these in clinic from now on! Ps I was even on the course with Doom one of the new generation gladiators!
