It’s been good going on our new build this month. Foundations were concreted 28th feb. We’re almost ready for fascia’s, soffits and roof coverings.

2 bathrooms installed in a current full bungalow re-model/refurbishment and extension.

A good 6 days between weather on our new build. Foundations excavated and concreted, brickwork up to dpc, block and beam floor installed, drainage and service ducts installed, based out ready for the next lift of brickwork.

A single storey rear extension, 1st floor side extension with internal alterations and refurbishment throughout.

With our planning permission passed last week for the 2nd half of our project the site has been cleared ready for footings to start next week.

Current loft conversion/ bungalow refurbishment progress.

We are looking to strengthen our team with the following trades: Groundworker with experience in foundations, setting out, drainage, fencing etc. Digger experience would also be handy. Carpenter - First fix carpentry based with knowledge of cut roofs, truss roofs, loft conversions etc. General builder - Knowledge of general building works for extensions, new builds, structural steel works etc. Long line of work for the right people. Scaffold completed today on our next project.. Roof strip Monday and then formation begins.

A single storey rear extension with internal alterations giving an open plan kitchen/dining area, separate utility room and wc upgrade. Along with ground floor re-configuration and decorations. Front porch remodel with twin oak doors with glass gable.
