After the success of our two Yoga Workshops held here at The White Tiger Health & Fitness Club, Susie our Yoga instructor will now be holding Beginners Yoga classes on a weekly basis. The class is held in Studio 2 at 9:30am every Monday morning. Please bring a Yoga mat with you if you have one, as club mats are limited. The class holds 9 Participants and will cost £5 for club members and £6.25 for Non-members. Please contact Susie on 07999 967669 to book your space.

NEW CLUB CHALLENGE!!! Starts Today!! Monday 15th May 2017 If you would like to take part in the clubs ( Fresh Fruit Challenge. ) All you have to do, is upload 1 photo of you a day. with a piece of fresh fruit for one week, to my profile page. Tristan Hobbs The winner will be drawn on Saturday 20th May and receive a Fruit Infusion Water Bottle and set of Nutritional Calorie Counting Scales. So lets see those sefies!
