Hey guys - if you have a little niggle please book Leanne for an MOT. Listen to your body - we do hard training and it might just need a quick massage or stretch but with leaving it - it could turn into a bigger problem. I haven’t trained for 2 weeks because of a neglected twinge in my knee and now it’s swollen and sore - wish I would have gone to her sooner - she’s not just there to fix a problem but can prevent one too xxxx
